Vitamins

I've found two simple things are needed in order to maintain healthy hair/nails:


  • Drink milk
  • Take vitamins

P.S.: Watched "Walk the Line" for the first time last night...GREAT movie. I'm not even a Johnny Cash fan, but I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone.

P.S.S.: Weird how the bullet points above actually LOOK like the One-A-Day Women's I take every day...
